Better wireless sound from iPhone

iPhones are great for a lot of reasons, but unfortunately Apple has chosen to limit the Bluetooth audio quality they can deliver to the so-called AAC codec. This means the achievable sound quality isn’t even close to standard CD quality. That can now be remedied with the Questyle QCC Dongle Pro, which unlocks multiple Bluetooth formats for use with wireless headphones, speakers, and more. The product is officially MFi-certified by Apple for use with iPhone and iPad, ensuring seamless compatibility and that the device does not draw more power than permitted.

Choose between multiple Bluetooth formats

The compact Questyle QCC Dongle Pro supports aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless. The Pro version adds support for LDAC for the highest possible wireless audio quality over Bluetooth. Both models also support Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound. Keep in mind that the headphones or wireless speaker you want to transmit audio to must also support the corresponding Bluetooth format.

Not just for smartphones

This small Bluetooth transmitter is not only for use with your smartphone or tablet. It can also be connected to a computer or a game console. For example, the PlayStation 5 only supports Bluetooth for controllers and other accessories, but not for headphones. You can solve that with the QCC Dongle Pro, which simply plugs into an available USB port, allowing you to send audio from your PlayStation 5 to a pair of wireless headphones. It can also be used with the Nintendo Switch, which does have Bluetooth for headphones but only in the outdated version 4.1. For gaming, it is recommended to use wireless headphones compatible with aptX Adaptive and based on the latest Qualcomm Gen 2 Sound platform for the lowest latency.

App for selecting settings

Questyle has developed a dedicated app for the QCC Dongle Pro that lets you adjust a range of settings and select the exact Bluetooth format you want to use with your wireless headphones or Bluetooth speaker. The app is available for both iOS and Android. You can also update firmware, reset the device, and more through the app.

The Questyle QCC Dongle Pro fits into a USB-C port, and a USB-C to USB-A adapter is included.
