Hum-blocking DC filter for amplifiers
Many amplifiers have a problem with a mechanical hum emitting from the transformers. This phenomenon is caused by DC voltage being introduced from the mains supply. The DC Blocker from iFI Audio is placed directly into the IEC power inlet on the amplifier.
If you’re also having trouble with ground loops, the DC Blocker can be used in conjunction with iFI Audio GND Defender.
