It weighs close to 1,5 kgs and oozes quality in materials as well as design. A feature definitely worth highlighting is the ability to adjust the height of this stand. This comes in handy, when using it with headphones with oblong cups or long connectors, like Mini XLR. Adjust the stand as needed and you’ll have plenty of room for the headphones, as well as a rolled up cable underneath it.
The bracket, or arch, has three inserts of rubber material to keep the headphone from sliding or twisting on the stand. The stand is fitted with 3M rubber feet, ensuring that it’s stable on virtually any surface. The headphone hangs freely which enables any perspiration on the pads to quickly evaporate. This also prevents the pads from being unnecessarily squeezed, and the drivers are not exposed to a vacuum as is the case with certain other stands.
