Lindemann Audio Limetree Bridge II
Serving your music, online and offline, to your DAC
The Limetree Bridge from Lindemann Audio is a network bridge, designed to connect to your local network share, or online music services. It transfers digital audio files in studio master quality, to your DAC or amplifier with a digital input. It doesn’t have a built-in DAC section and thus no analog outputs, but is a cost effective way to integrate a streaming solution to an existing setup, without having to pay for another digital to analog circuitry, that you probably already own.
Connecting via a LAN cable or wirelessly over Wi-Fi, the Limetree Bridge integrates with your local network, and a wide selection of online music services, including TIDAL, Spotify and Qobuz. The signal is processed by the Limetree Bridge and passed on to your DAC or amplifiers with a digital input, using optical TosLlink or coaxial S/PDIF. If you’re not into streaming services, but have a USB drive with your music collection, you can connect it to the Bridge, and browse your albums using the dedicated app for iOS or Android.
Lindemann Audio Limetree Bridge supports a wide range of file formats, including FLAC and ALAC, and a studio grade sample rate converter, ensures that all formats are playable on any DAC, with minimal loss in fidelity. Built-in Bluetooth enables streaming from wireless sources such as smart phone, tablets and computers.
