A compact speaker delivering far more than its physical proportions suggest
The Dynaudio Evoke 10 features a single 14 cm long-throw mid/bass driver crafted from MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer), a material Dynaudio has perfected over decades in Skanderborg. This driver boasts a new suspension system that enhances excursion, frequency range, and dynamics in the lower register—all while maintaining excellent midrange performance.
Dynaudio Evoke 10: Packed with exciting new technologies
The driver diaphragm is just 0.4 mm thin, ensuring the ideal combination of lightness, stiffness, and damping for optimal performance. It is made in one piece and directly bonded to the rigid glass-fiber voice coil former underneath the ribs around the center dome. This design ensures the entire diaphragm moves predictably and precisely, providing a perfect balance between bass and midrange. The 38 mm voice coil, made of lightweight aluminum, allows for more windings, resulting in greater control over the diaphragm’s movements—and consequently, better sound reproduction, even at high volumes and frequencies. This entire driver is powered by a newly developed Ferrite+ ceramic magnet system.
Inspired by true high-end performance
At the heart of the Evoke 10 is Dynaudio’s all-new 28 mm Cerotar tweeter, inspired by the award-winning Esotar tweeters found in the Special Forty and Confidence series. Dynaudio’s engineers incorporated some of the most important technologies from these high-end models. The star of the Cerotar is the Hexis - a clever inner dome that optimizes airflow behind the tweeter’s diaphragm to smooth out the frequency response and eliminate unwanted resonances. Like the mid/bass driver, the Cerotar tweeter is also powered by a robust **Ferrite+ ceramic magnet system
Danish design: elegantly simple
The Dynaudio Evoke 10 is available in four exquisite finishes: Black High Gloss, White High Gloss, Walnut veneer, and the new Blonde Wood, a stunning light wood option. The high-gloss models use an advanced lacquering process for a luxurious, glass-like finish. You’ll also notice that the Evoke 10’s front panel is free of visible mounting screws, giving the speaker a clean and refined aesthetic that emphasizes its design and finish.
