The Evoke 30 might be the smallest floor stander in the Evoke series, but that should be taken with a grain of salt. This speaker might be compact on paper, but when you actually sit down and listen to it, there’s no way back! These 2.5-way speakers strike the perfect balance between size and performance, to deliver authentic, no-frills, class-leading audio bliss.
The cabinet is equipped with the latest driver technology, designed and manufactured by Dynaudio of course. Well, it isn’t really that obvious, but a lot of speaker manufacturers actually don’t even produce their own drivers. Dynaudio do and they also have a cutting edge measuring facility called Jupiter, which is state-of-the-art in terms of speaker engineering. And yes, controlling the entire production line when designing a product, is absolutely crucial, to ensure the best possible price/performance ratio.
To quote the, now retired, Dynaudio tagline "Danes Don't Lie" would be appropriate in this case. Authentic sound, Dynaudio through and through.
