High-end low-frequency performance
The Dynaudio Sub 6 is equipped with intelligent DSP technology, allowing you to tailor optimal integration with your specific system. Paired with a set of two-way Dynaudio speakers from the Contour series and upwards, the Sub 6 can deliver true three-way performance. For other Dynaudio speakers or speakers from other brands, you can manually adjust the crossover frequency, gain, and phase. You can also fine-tune the time delay to ensure perfect synchronization between the subwoofer and your speakers. Simply input the distance from the subwoofer to your speakers, and the Dynaudio Sub 6 takes care of the rest. Additionally, the subwoofer features a parametric equalizer with three filters, allowing for optimal integration even in acoustically challenging rooms. Sub 6 is fitted with two brand-new 24 cm MSP+ drivers, powered by a robust 500-watt amplifier. The drivers are housed in a sealed enclosure with an elongated profile, making it easy to place discreetly against a wall.
Designed to pair perfectly with Dynaudio speakers
The Sub 6 is the ideal partner for Dynaudio speakers from the Contour series (S1.4 + the 2017 series) and beyond. This is because Dynaudio’s engineers have pre-programmed the optimal crossover settings for these models. All you need to do is select the model via the display, and it’s ready to go! Future Dynaudio speakers will also be integrated into the Sub 6 via firmware updates.
